Freshly roasted Hatch Green Chile filled with leftover brisket, pulled pork, steak, or chicken, and a mixture of cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.  Wrapped in bacon and smoked to perfection. Baste with your favorite TD's Brew & BBQ sauce.

Chopped Hatch Green Chiles, Cream cheese, and shredded cheese rolled up in a pork loin, wrapped in delicious bacon, dusted with some Sweet BBQ Love and smoked up.  Slice this Pork Roll-Up into thick chops and serve.  

Or place on hamburger buns with your favorite TD's Brew & BBQ Sauce.   

Leftovers are great fried up like chops.

“Southern Mustard” SlaaHAMmers

1-2 tablespoons TD’s Brew & BBQ “Southern Mustard”

24slices of deli honey ham (Highly recommend doubling the meat) 

6Slices of swiss cheese, cut into fourths

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1/2 cup butter melted

1 tablespoon Onion Powder

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

24 Hawaiian Rolls

Cut rolls in half and spread mayo onto 1 side of the rolls. Assemble the sandwiches in a baking dish.  Mix TD’s Brew & BBQ Southern Mustard, poppy seeds, melted butter, onion powder and worcestershire sauce.  Pour sauce over the rolls, just covering the tops. Cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes.  Set smoker (or oven) to 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Uncover and cook for additional few minutes until tops are browned and crisp.

TD’s Brew & BBQ "Carne Sutra" seasoning

5 Ripe avacados

1 Diced Tomato

1/2 a Lime

Mix smashed avocados, tomatoes, squeezed lime juice and season with Carne Sutra to taste (1-2 tablespoons).  

THEN Rock out with your Guac out.

1 bag of Chicken wings. 

Marinade 1 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce. 

Marinade overnight or as long as possible. 

Cook 300 degrees for 90 mins. 

Remove from grill toss immediately in TD's Brew & BBQ ”Atomic Pineapple“ sauce.
