Thicc & Juicy Cheeseburger

This is my Thicc & Juicy Cheeseburger, and if you're going to make a burger, make it count. I work two pounds of ground meat with breadcrumbs or pork rinds, an egg, and a couple tablespoons of The Original right into the mix. Then Carne Sutra goes on the outside. As much as your meat wants. Knead it until it's sticky, form your patties, and get after it.

On the grill, I sear two minutes per side on both sides before pulling to indirect at 130-140 internal. That's where Southern Mustard and The Original come in, the cheese melts, the buns get toasted, and I build it the way it was meant to be built: patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, Smoked Pickles, and Campfire Candy. Every layer is earning its spot.

I shot the whole thing on video. Watch it, make it, thank me later.
