What is co-packing and why do it with TD's.

Co-packing is when a manufacturer (TD's) produces your custom product for you. Maybe you have a delicious spice rub you've been making for years or your family's secret BBQ sauce recipe that you're finally ready to bottle up and sell. Whichever it is, you have full control over flavor, ingredients, and quality and we make it retail-ready for you at scale.

TD's has been bottling up seasonings and sauces for over 10 years. We run a tight commercial ship and have professional capabilities in labeling, heat induction sealing, hot pack glass filling, and commercial blending. We work closely with you to meet your quality expectations.

Here's a little about our process:

RECIPE DEVELOPMENT

You have a kickass seasoning, rub, or sauce recipe that you want to produce for retail.

What you need to provide
Your finished recipe using raw ingredients (no mixes) by volume or weight.

We Source
We seek out all of your ingredients and blend them into a sample for you to approve.

Processing Time
Give us about 14 days to get your sample together.

What You Get

  • 1 lb sample
  • Written commercial recipe
  • Ingredient list (for your labels)
  • Shipping (Contiguous US)

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Now that you've approved your sample, it's time to put it into production.

What We Need From You

  • Sealing requirements (heat or pressure)
  • Bottle labels (on rolls)
  • Master Case UPC codes (if required)

Process
We'll blend your seasoning or sauce and run a minimum of 300 retail-ready jars/bottles that are tamper-evident sealed, to your specs. Boxed in cases of 12 and labeled for distribution.

Total Time
About 3-4 weeks to build your order and ship it to your address. This time can vary based on order size and complexity.
